Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Callm8 (operated by ABN 65 980 690 343) is committed to protecting the privacy of clinic operators and the patients who call them. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it, in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What information we collect

When a patient calls a clinic using Callm8, we collect the information they provide during the call: name, phone number, reason for calling, and any other details they share. This information is processed by our AI system and delivered to the clinic operator by SMS and email summary.

For clinic operators, we collect account information (name, email, phone number) and billing information (processed securely via Stripe — we do not store card details).

How we use information

Call information is used solely to deliver the summary to the clinic operator. We do not sell caller data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g. SMS delivery providers).

Clinic operator information is used to manage your account, process payments, and communicate about your service.

Data storage and security

Call data is stored securely and retained for 90 days, after which it is deleted. Clinic operators may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us at hello@callm8.ai.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to request corrections. To make a request, contact us at hello@callm8.ai.
